Making mistakes during practice helps you improve faster
Why I repeat one question in every training.
You would be surprised to know that even if a business person has a relatively good level of proficiency in business English, they still ask for my help and assistance. This has one significant reason.
My course participants are usually very dedicated, self motivated people of perseverance, and they find it less than ideal to search for words or correct grammar structures during their speech.
For the same reason, they become shy when they need to practice during their trainings.
The one question I ask them all is this; “Do you know that it is beneficial to make mistakes during your lessons?”
This way, I can see and hear much better where their struggle is. Then, I can provide more exercise with precision. Exercise makes it perfect, as we say it in English.
Yet, exercise with precision can only come forward, if you allow yourself make mistakes during your trainings.
